I’m a dreamer. Not at night. I never dream while I’m asleep. My body hurts too much and the baby cries.
I’m a day-dreamer and lately my dreams have been vivid, specific, and so big that I can hardly contain them.
I see us raising all $22,500 to help kids in inner city Atlanta this Christmas @ 500toys.org
I see Courageous Church growing deeper and wider and bigger.
I see myself and people I know and complete strangers rescuing slaves all around the world. Some of us die doing it and God gives us crowns in Heaven.
I see kids that look like zombies starving to death get rescued because teams of us took them PlumpyNut and it turned their lives around.
Here’s one specific dream that I shared with you last week.
That’s why I’m writing this blog right now. Less than I want you to know my dreams, I just can’t contain them all. Almost like a nervous tick I have purchased 4-5 books this week that I will only have time to glance at, but I want to see how some other people with similar dreams actually stepped out to make them happen.
Here’s what I’m reading:
More than a Dream: The Cristo Rey Story
Half the Sky: Turning Oppression into Opportunity for Women Worldwide
Stones into Schools: Promoting Peace with Books Not Bombs in Afghanistan & Pakistan
How to Change the World: Social Entrpreneurs and the Power of New Ideas
