(Not sure who is looking for these words, but I feel very prompted to say them this morning.)

Just go for it.

God has called you to do it.  You want to do it.  You’re as ready as you ever will be for it. Tomorrow is not promised.

Just go for it.

You’ve waited and delayed and put off the plans of God long enough.  Now is the time for you to move out of your holding pattern and into the next gear of this journey.

Just go for it.

God is going to provide what you need when you need it and you’ll never look more like Jesus than when you’re risking it all for the plans of God.

Doggone it. Just go for it.

Sorry Mr. Johnson, it was for me! Just kidding of course! So amazing when someone hears God and obeys! It will be a word for many I am sure. Perhaps even for you and your family, Shaun, for the little girl you are bringing into it tonight….Most often what He gives us for others is as much for us as for them.
Blessings on the day and for the new adventure.

Great minds think alike! I just wrote about a similar matter on my blog last night. In yoga yesterday afternoon, as I sort of struggled with the thoughts of inadequacy while being surrounded by people who could do handstands with only one hand, the yoga instructor breezed by me and said, "Nothing ventured, nothing gained, right?" Those words alone encouraged me and excelled my practice for the duration of the class and I became on of the people who could–almost–do a handstand. But my heart and my thoughts of my capabilities soared to new heights. And so it is with our lives in Christ, he ventured to filfill His father's will so that we could gain new life. Truly nothing ventured, nothing gained. Go for it!

I needed to hear this! I’ve been tip-toe-ing around leaving my comfort zone and just taking the plunge by moving to Atlanta (like God told me to in November). Thank you for sharing this insight: I’m just gonna go for it!

Thank you…this is helping to confirm what God has already told me. I thought I was suppose to just chill and live in the background. Over the course of these last few months God has moved me out of my comfort zone and place me in an unfamiliar and uncomfortable place. Everyone around me is supportive because they knew this is where I was suppose to be. I was the only one who let the devil whisper those self doubts in my ear. So I am now on the path to just doing it. God has prepared me for this journey by equipping me with all the tools and education it will take to finish all of the task ahead of me. Thank you once again for these words.
