I am so excited to be speaking @ The Orange Conference today here in metro Atlanta. I often get to speak to people about how to launch a church with a big grand opening or how to utilize Facebook to help build a community, but today is very different.
Today I am sharing a very painful personal story from my past that I would sometimes rather forget. Hidden in the mess of this narrative is a man whose very simple gesture snatched me from a deep pit of pain and depression and forever altered the trajectory of my life.
Because of what he did 14 years ago, I am now that man in the lives of many.
