Just learned recently that I was nominated as one of Atlanta’s Power 30 under 30. Good thing I was nominated because I’ll be 30 years old on September 17th! (Think I may have a big ‘ol party somewhere…stay tuned.)
Guess I’ll have to shoot for a Power 40 under 40 award next year :-)
Really though, I’m having a blast being a young leader in Atlanta and am really honored to be able to stand alongside some awesome men and women who are doing huge things in our city and beyond!

I found your website after reading an article in the AJC about a new church in downtown. While I am thrilled to learn about your church and the great work you seem to be doing, I feel compelled to point out that you are not actually in downtown Atlanta. Downtown Atlanta does not begin until you get south of Ponce. Just thought you might like to know.

Our Sunday services are located in Midtown, but I live downtown and most of our outreach is downtown as well. One time I said Midtown and someone like you corrected me to tell me that we actually do most of our work downtown.
Put it this way…we're in the city! Haha!
