Hey Everybody! We’re in the middle of giving this blog a massive overhaul and a few things have changed.  After switching from Typepad to WordPress (because John said that’s what cool people do) I lost a few HUNDRED subscribers because HOW YOU SUBSCRIBE TO THIS BLOG is a bit different.  You can still subscribe in the two primary ways listed below, but most of you will need to update the feed information.

USE A READER. Most if not all blogs use RSS (Real Simple Syndication) “feeds” which can be aggregated and displayed by what’s known as an RSS or Feed Reader. Some examples of free readers are Bloglines, Google Reader, Yahoo, or most of the newer web browsers (Internet Explorer and Safari) have readers built in. I personally use Google Reader which helps me sift through the blogs I subscribe to. And others I know prefer Bloglines. You can subscribe via different RSS options HERE

EMAIL. If you’d rather have the new posts delivered to your inbox as an email, that’s pretty simple too. Click here first, click on “Get Shaun in the City by Email” then type in your address and verification to receive posts via email.

Hi Shaun. I stumbled onto your site from a twitter you had with Carole Turner, who I go to church with. While I am not an OB/GYN, I am a nurse who has experience in that field along with a recent, personal experience with C-Section complications that landed me BACK in the hospital for a week. UGH…Anyway, I wasn't sure how to reach you so I do hope you get this somehow. I would be glad to help if I can answer any questions ya'll may have. My email address is lla2931@yahoo.com (Those are lower case L's in the address!!) Please don't hesitate to contact me! My OB said at the time he believed the reason I had to go through my complications, is so I could help others in similiar circumstance! So I look forward to hearing from you! God Bless!

Thanks a ton Lauren! We think we are fine right now after seeing the OB yesterday, but, if it's OK, we will keep your information handy! God Bless You!
