I posted a ton of my favorite movies over to http://www.MySpace.com/PastorShaunKing – but my favorite movie of all-time is (drumroll)…..
Mo’ Better Blues
This primary theme of this movie resembles my life more than nearly any other movie out there. A guy that’s going in one self-absorbed direction with his life has it all interrupted by tragedy and has to find a mo’ better way to live – that’s my life in a nutshell.
Tell me your favorite movie.
No explanation required if you’re too busy!

The favorite movie question is always a tough one, but i would probably go with Gladiator. It showed me what a person can do when they come up against adversity.

The Ten Commandments
Charleton Heston, Vincent Price, Edward G. Robinson…what else could you ask for?

Gladiator is high on my list for sure. It’ll never get old!

Adam,
I remember when Full Metal Jacket came out how controversial it is. I haven’t seen it in years and would like to go back and watch it again!

The Disney movie “The Parent Trap” (the original version with Haley Mills).

“Imitation Of Life” I watched this movie as a child and it made me and my sister cry each time we saw it. My mom always let us know when it was on. This movie is very deep. Get it and a box of tissue it will make you think. It shows REAL LOVE and love found to late.

Ya Ya Sisterhood…shows that love supercedes all things..parents/leaders need the same unconditional love and loyalty that we need from them…you should see it

Whew! This is a tough one. There are so many. To narrow it down would be tough. If I had to pick some from the pack it would be The Godfather trilogy, Gladiator and Meet Joe Black. I loved Meet Joe Black…

Pastor D.,
I was waiting for the person that would name more than one movie. With the trilogy, you named FIVE. Do you have one?
Haha!

Shawshank Redemption, Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins…about the bonding of two men while locked up in prison and again GOOD powers over evil. This is one movie I have watched more than once. If you have not seen it, please do.
