Wow! I never thought I would say this, but so many of you gave so much, that some of you still want to give, but missed your chance. Well, here is what we can do…
I want you to take whatever you planned on giving to our web project to do something WAAAYYYY more important than anything else I could pull out of my butt hat. Now, don’t grow weary in well-doing and simply decide not to give, God placed it on your heart to give to a worthy cause so here is a HUGELY important one.
My blog buddy Los @ Buckhead Church (who doesn’t need a free meal) is rallying people to sponsor some children who are in SERIOUS need. Whatever you were going to give to our web project would change the lives of these kids forever. You can see the organization he is partnering with and give very easily from his site by clicking on this link. It will take just as long as it would have taken for you to give to our web project and while we still need a ton of money – this cause is more pressing right now. The world, if you haven’t seen the news, is in rough shape and you can make it a better place.
For those of you that called or emailed me (don’t make me name names :) and told me you planned on giving to the web project, shoot me a note after you give to Compassion International so that I can thank you personally.
